Andrew Davis, Director & Training Lead
Andrew is one of the UK’s leading authorities on digital and social media. He founded The Worst Kept Secret in 2009 and now leads the development of training sessions. He is credited with creating and delivering ‘Social Media Fundamentals’ – the UK’s first social media course for secondary school students that was linked to GCSE study.
Dowshan Humzah, Director & Commercial Partner
Dowshan has delivered innovation and profitable growth for many blue-chip companies and is now growing a number of start-ups. He supports The Worst Kept Secret in its business ventures and development. He is a strong advocate of education having been a Governor of a London school and a business mentor.
Lucy Johnson, Education & Training Partner
Lucy is a Media Studies Teacher with over ten years of classroom experience. She also works as a ‘Virtual Teacher’ for the charity ‘Red Balloon of the Air’ supporting children who have been excluded from traditional education. She founded deuteron ltd in 2009 wanting to bring a creative approach to teaching with digital technology into schools – and since then has partnered with The Worst Kept Secret.
Laura Thompson, Marketing
As part of the Marketing team for TWKS, Laura provides insights into the world of the younger generation, online communities and changing fashion trends. She studied at St George’s School, Edinburgh and wanting to pursue a career in TV she then attended Redroofs Theatre School. Since finishing at Redroofs she’s gained experience across a range of media.
Matt Neale, Community Management & Content Creation
Matt is part of the Content Creation team at TWKS. Matt graduated from high school with a Bilingual International Diploma, speaking English and German, before moving to the UK to further his knowledge of the media industry at the University of Bangor.
Joe Mendonca, Website Development
Joe has been coding and designing websites nearly 15 years. He is an exclusive delivery partner for The Worst Kept Secret and runs a graphic and web design outfit called Mendonca Creative.
James Chinery, Education Partner
James is Head of English in a thriving London secondary school. Teaching across all three secondary key stages, James has played a major role in helping to develop an innovative and successful English department. James is the ‘Education Partner’ supporting The Worst Kept Secret by leading the development of courses for academic establishments, teachers and students.
