A challenge that we are asked about by many large organisations is related to using social media to improve internal communications and employee engagement. We have seen some great examples, but one that really stands out for its positive impact is from Deloitte. Using a familiar game (fantasy football) with an event of mass public interest (World Cup) helped this social media campaign a few years ago. We can see many other organisations doing something similar around major events.
