3: Digital distributor TuneCore has added MySpace Music to its roster of outlets – the first time it’s worked with an ad-supported streaming service and shared the revenues with its artists. 5: EMI’s Capitol Records has filed a copyright infringement suit against video-sharing site Vimeo due to the site allowing the uploading of UGC lip sync music videos. The suit claims that Vimeo “induces and encourages its users to upload audiovisual works”. Interesting read
