Look…I Dont Have The Answer!!!!!

Weezy Don't Know Everything

Weezy Don't Know The Answer Either

“What are you asking, if I don’t have the answer/it’s probably on the web, like I’m a damn tarantula”.

Sometimes the simple punchlines in hip-hop are the best and most informative.  Weezy sums up a lot in this quote about the Internet. With there being billions and billions of web pages online, 99% of things are covered.  In fact, it is harder to not find something. This means everything you want to know or become is potentially at your fingertips.

The key to finding your answer is the question you ask.

I have a friend who built his career by asking the right questions on Google.  He now makes over £70,000 a year and all he’s done is ask the specific questions to give him the right answers to do his job (lucky sod). I can’t hate really. He said to me he leveraged what he was best at (searching for specific answers), to get a job he wanted/created.

Now the key word here is the word “right”.

With all this free information, you will get a lot of bad information so be careful. Whoever coined the phrase “ask a stupid question and you get stupid answer” must have predicted the Internet way before anyone else. Try and make your questions specific and short.  The way Google does their search rankings for most topics, the best information is on the first page.

Questions can be a very powerful thing and is a topic that I would like to blog about more and get some feedback from you guys. Asking the right questions will also save you a lot of time and i am all for that.

Remember, if you cannot find any answers you need on the worst kept secret, then I don’t know the answer.  It will probably be on the web, like a damn tarantula (I always wanted to rap).
